IPAC Subcommittee continued data gathering and review to inform Strengths, Challenges, Opportunities, and Threats (SCOT) Analysis (see IEP's Strategic Planning Process Review page for details)

October 2021

IPAC Subcommittee SCOT Work Sessions (Padlet) to document and vote on items of greatest importance to Buffalo State for each category

November 2021

Office of Institutional Effectiveness assembles final lists of strengths, challenges, opportunities, and threats from subcommittees

December 2021

All IPAC members vote to determine top 50% of responses in each category to move forward for Phase 3 discussions.
